This policy explains what information the Fourth & Live football app collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. We've kept it in plain language on purpose.
Fourth & Live ("the app," "we," "us") provides live football scores, stats, standings and news. This policy applies to the Android app available on Google Play and to this website. By using the app, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
We aim to collect as little personal information as possible. Depending on how you use the app, we may collect:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.

You can review and change permissions at any time in your device's Settings app.
Usage and diagnostic data is retained only as long as needed to serve the purposes described above, after which it's deleted or aggregated so it no longer identifies you. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping.
Fourth & Live is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll remove it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
