Privacy Policy

Information we collect

Arrow Escape does not require you to create an account or sign in to play, and we do not ask you for your name, email address, or other personal contact details inside the App. The information we do collect falls into two categories:

• Data you provide voluntarily. If you contact us for support (for example, by email), we receive whatever information you choose to include, such as your email address and message content.
• Data collected automatically. Like most mobile apps, the App and the services it relies on may automatically collect device and usage information, including device model, operating system version, language and region settings, app version, crash and diagnostic logs, in-app events (such as levels completed, hints used, and session length), approximate location derived from IP address, and advertising and analytics identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID).

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the App and its puzzles;
• Save your progress, settings, and hint balance on your device (and, where you're signed in to Google Play Games, sync progress across devices);
• Diagnose crashes and fix bugs;
• Understand aggregate gameplay trends, such as which levels are difficult, so we can improve level design;
• Show and measure advertising, and personalize ads where permitted by your settings and applicable law;
• Respond to support requests you send us.

Third-party services

The App may use the following categories of third-party service providers, each of which has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data:

Analytics (e.g. Firebase Analytics)	Understand how the App is used in aggregate, and improve level design and stability.
Crash reporting (e.g. Firebase Crashlytics)	Diagnose and fix crashes and technical errors.
Advertising (e.g. Google AdMob)	Display in-app ads and measure their performance; may use the advertising identifier to personalize ads.
Google Play Games Services	Achievements, leaderboards, and cloud save, where you choose to sign in.
Google Play Billing	Processes any in-app purchases; we do not receive your payment details.

These providers act as independent data controllers or processors for the data they collect and may combine it with information from other apps and services they support. We encourage you to review Google's Privacy Policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Data sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With the service providers listed above, to operate the App as described;
• If required to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or governmental request;
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or Ora Team; or
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case data would remain subject to this policy or a comparably protective one.

App permissions

The App may request the following device permissions, each used only for the stated purpose:

• Internet access & network state — to load levels, ads, and sync save data.
• Storage (on some devices) — to cache game assets locally so the App can be played offline.
• Vibration — for optional haptic feedback when clearing a level.

The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or precise location.

Children's privacy

Arrow Escape is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your local law). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@orateam.net and we will take steps to delete it.

Data retention and deletion

Your gameplay progress is stored primarily on your device and, if you sign in to Google Play Games, in your Google Play Games cloud save. Analytics and crash data are retained by our service providers only as long as needed for the purposes described above, in line with their own retention policies. To request deletion of any data associated with your device or account, email support@orateam.net; you can also clear the App's local data at any time through your device's app settings, or uninstall the App.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@orateam.net. You can also:

• Reset or opt out of ad personalization in your device's Settings → Google → Ads;
• Turn off Google Play Games sync from within the App or your Google Account settings;
• Uninstall the App at any time to stop all local data collection.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, and our third-party providers maintain their own security measures. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International data transfers

Our service providers may process and store information on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App or applicable law. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
